Inter Allies lost to Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday afternoon in the First Capital Plus Premier League week 28 fixture.

Winful Cobbinah grabbed the only goal of the match four minutes after the hour mark when he curled the ball to the bottom right of goalkeeper Osei Kwame.

Inter Allies who settled quickly in the first half were the better side in the opening minutes of the match, dominating and applying pressure on the Phobians eventhough the back of the net was far to be reached.

Hearts of Oak hit back, creating chances but also failed to utilize theirs as well ending the first half goalless.

Replicating the first half, Inter Allies came from the dressing room much stronger and purposeful, attacking and pushing Hearts back to their own half unsettling them.

Hearts found their feet and came back into the game, after posing few threats Winful Cobbinah broke Inter Allies defense and slotted a low-lying shot to the down corner to beat Osei Kwame, who was having a good day at office.

Hearts held on eventhough Inter Allies attacked pretty well for the equaliser when their efforts went futile, 1-0 in favor of Hearts of Oak it ended.
