Striker Sheriff Deo Mohammed has been named Inter Allies Player of the Month for February after his blistering form in the previous month.
The lanky striker played in all five of Inter Allies’ fixtures in February and netted five goals and provided one assist.
The 21-year-old has a “strong neck” as he has scored four goals with his head and one with a high foot, making his height count.
“To win the Inter Allies player of the month is a surprise and I’m honoured. Many thanks to my teammates and especially to Frederick Yamoah for assisting three of my five goals, but really it has been a total team effort.”
Sheriff’s appears to be in the form of his life and improving in all facets of his game, which bodes well for the team.
Consistency plays an essential role in football and the Player of the Month award acknowledges that fact.
Many congratulations to Sheriff from everyone at the club.
