The 41-year-old put pen paper on Tuesday at the club’s secretariat in Accra and will be unveiled in the first week of August.

Acheampong was appointed after convincing management about his credentials and development for youth football.

“We want to assure the fans that this is the best decision we have taken for them. Yaw Achampong is the right man to lead us for next season,” Chief Executive/Brands Manager Eric Delali Senaye told

“We promise to back and support him achieve his targets as coach and send the club far.”

Acheampong’s last coaching job was in-charge of Dunkwa United in Division One League Zone II promotional play-offs.
