Trio captain Joseph Aidoo, Prosper Kasim and Patrick Kpozo have been named in Ghana’s provisional 35-man list for the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand.
Aidoo and Kasim are already integral members of the team after they both starred in the just ended U-20 African Youth Championships in Senegal where Ghana won bronze, Patrick Kpozo becomes the latest addition from the club to join them.
The 35-man squad will later be reduced to 21 players before the tournament starts on May 30 to June 20 2015, where the Black Satellites have been paired in Group B with Argentina, Panama and Austria.
Inter Allies have so far played 12 league games this season and Patrick Kpozo has appeared nine times assisting Fuseini Elliasu in his beautiful volley goal in Hasaacas.
Prosper Kasim has also featured eight times assisting one of Sheriff Mohammed’s six goals despite leaving for the CAF-20 tournament early in March.
Captain Joseph Aidoo too played seven times this season and also starred in the CAF-20 tournament for Ghana in Senegal.
Everyone at Inter Allies congratulates them and hope they make the final 21 for the World Cup in New Zealand next month.
