Debut win will spur us on – Richard Acquaah

New boy Richard Acquaah is relishing his Premier League experience with Inter Allies after an impressive debut against Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The teenager who started at right back played the entire duration of the game and stood out as one of the key performers on the day.

Ahead of the trip to Tarkwa to face Karela away from home, Acquaah shared his experience and remained grateful to the club for his quick transition.

“I thank God for everything and I thank Inter Allies for the chance they gave me. Moving from Division 2 to the Premier League is amazing.”

“Its not easy playing at the Accra Stadium. It was a very tough challenge and I was a little bit nervous because everyone is watching you but overall it is a good thing.”

Acquaah is also hopeful the win against Bechem will spur the team on in their game against Karela and remains positive of getting a win.

“Its a good thing that we won. In our first premier league game we lost but we prepared towards our next match against Bechem and fortunately we got the victory. We have been preparing towards the game (Karela) too. We need a victory so we need to work hard. We are going to bring back victory.“
