Former IAFC midfielder continued to weave his magic at the African Youth Championship and was named Man of the Match as Ghana beat Zambia 2-1 on Thursday to reach the semi-finals.

Aboagye, who now plays for Granada player was lively in the match played at the Caroline Faye Stadium in Mbour as Ghana rallied to win the match and also qualify for the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand.

He won a lot of free kicks for the Satellites and was the main man in midfield.

His intelligent through pass from the edge of the area found Samuel Afful inside the box for the Hasaaacas forward to slot home for the match winner.

Aboagye, a bronze ball winner at the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey, made his experience count.

He becomes the second Ghana player to win a man of the match award after Michael Otoo was crowned in the opening 2-0 win over South Africa.
