Striker Sheriff Deo Mohammed grabbed a brace once again as Inter Allies beat Aduana Stars 2-0 in the 2014/15 First Capital Plus Premier League week 7 clash at the Tema Sports Stadium.

Fredrick Yamoah who has hit top form was the engineer behind both goals as he provided two assists for two goal hero Sheriff Mohammed.

The tall and lanky striker continued  his fine form with yet another brace this time all in the first half that earned the Eleven Is To some a third home victory from four games.

Coach Paa Kwesi made one change to the team that drew goalless at Kpando with Prosper Kasim replacing Lord Ofosuhene in the line up.

As we’ve exhibited in our previous games, the Eleven Is To One fired cylinders from the blast of referee Cecil Fletcher’s whistle.

Not surprising, Sheriff Mohammed poked in the opener in the third minute with a close header. Joseph Aidoo took a short free kick to Frederick Yamoah who was on the left side of attack, the former launched in a tempting cross to beat everyone to Sheriff who headed home softly.

Like that was enough to let the visitors settle, rather, they were pushed back to their own half. Sheriff headed back a through pass to set his strike partner Frederick Boateng on goal but the latter chipped wide.

After a little over half an hour gone, Sheriff Mohammed notched his brace to put the game to rest. Frederick Yamoah being the architect again ballooned a ball in what looked like a dead ball but Sheriff Mohammed popped up with a nice tap in.

Aduana who are in a fine form  didn’t replicate their fine form, they were pushed away and  put sleep until the half time whistle for the mandatory fifteen minutes rest.

The team returned from the recess much more stronger, Yamoah ‘put a drip’ on Godfred Saka with the defender not showing up.

Sheriff went very close to clinching his first hat trick but his header  to Yamoah’s  free kick beat Stephen Adams  but failed to beat the posts  to go narrowly wide.

Yamoah who had an impressive day, tried his luck from 30 yards, however it also went wide. Comfortably Inter Allies won the match 2-0.

Paa Kwesi’s men have now moved from 6th to 4th on the league log after this sweet victory with striker Sheriff Mohammed on four goals.
