Inter Allies suffered another defeat at the Tarkwa T&A Park to Medeama SC 1-0, to clear match day 8 outstanding league fixture on a wet Wednesday afternoon.

The ‘Eleven Is To One’ were beaten to a late Bernard Ofori’s goal in added time to sink further on the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League table.

Coach Herbert Addo paraded a very spirited side, making three changes from the side that lost 2-0 to Wa All Stars on Sunday.

Simon Martey, Emmanuel Nettey and Frederick Boateng replaced Ropapa Mensah, Abdul Halik Hudu and Evans Mensah in the team’s set up.

Despite being pushed back very early in the game, Inter Allies soaked the necessary pressure as the first half ended goalless.

It looked the same in the second half, until Medeama got a penalty on the 67th minute.

Osei Kwame stood tall and saved Malik Akowuah’s kick to deny him the opener.

And when all thought the game was ending in a draw, Bernard Ofori scored in added time after the referee added 8 minutes of stoppage time.

This result has further pushed Inter Allies to 15th on the League Log.
