Inter Allies shared the spoils (1-1) with Aduana Stars at the Agyeman Badu Stadium in Dormaa in the final league game of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League season on Sunday afternoon.

Prince Baffoe’s first half strike was cancelled by Bright Adjei 25 minutes after going up in a very nervy ending but exciting game for the ‘Eleven Is To One’.

Coach Jimmy Corbblah made a single to his side that beat Liberty Professionals 1-0 in the previous game in Tema. Injured Gockel Ahortor was replaced by Emmanuel Nettey in midfield, the latter was also replaced in defense by Paul Abanga.

Playing the last league game and with relegation in mind, Inter Allies took the game to the hosts and never looked back in the early embers of the game.

Ropapa Mensah broke through the Aduana defense with a powerful run, his final shot ricocheted off the post and fell well for Prince Baffoe who was at the right place to slot in from close range in the 7th minute, his 5th goal of the season.

It all returned to even again in the 32nd minute, Bright Adjei raced out to connect a rebound, the hosts capitalized on that to dominate proceedings but no more goals were added until the break.

The same story continued in the second half as Aduana launched a serious attack on Inter Allies, however all efforts went futile and the ‘Eleven Is To One’ earned a very valuable and vital point in Dormaa.

With the point, Inter Allies finished the season with 38th points and 12th on the league table.
