Match Summary – Asante Kotoko 1-0 Inter Allies – Accra:

Inter Allies suffered a defeat at the Accra Sports Stadium to giants Asante Kotoko in the match day 12 of the Ghana Premier League.

Naby Keita scored from the penalty spot in the second half was the only goal of the game to hand us yet another defeat.

Mohammed Abdul Kadir replaced suspended Hashmin Musah in the heart of defence as well Gideon Ahenkorah replacing Rashid in between the sticks.

It was flat for both sides who started the game very cautious at the back with no clear goal scoring opportunities.

It was more of a midfield battle, but the game changed slightly in favour of Kotoko after recess.

They attacked us with much purpose even though we were very tough and compact in defence.

We had all to play for with our composed game and then everything started to fall apart.

Ali Isah was slow to clear his lines and Kwame Poku took advantage of it, he fell in the box and Kotoko were given a penalty.

Naby Keita sent Gideon Ahenkorah the wrong way and bagged all maximum points for the Porcupines. 

Imoro Ibrahim (Asante Kotoko) was named the NASCO Man of the match.
