Inter Allies were held to goalless home stalemate at the El Wak Stadium to clear Ghana Premier League week 26 fixture on Wednesday afternoon.

The “Eleven Is To One” saw two late penalties saved by Wa All Stars goalkeeper Rashid Seidu to deny the Capelli Boys of victory on a day they needed the maximum points.

Paul Abanga, Fard Ibrahim, Antwi Kwame Amoako, Isaac Twum, Isaac Osae and Prince Baffoe returned to the starting line up as changes from the previous game against Aduana Stars on Sunday.

With the drop zone threatening Inter Allies, all indications were clear from the very first beginning as the hosts started firing from all cylinders.

The visitors showed a little of their title winning selves and put a resolute defensive wall that stopped all attacks from Inter Allies, the first half ended goalless.

The second half produced same actions as the first half, Inter Allies this time largely dominated the half in search of winner.

Dramatically, some interesting scenes occurred. Uwandu Alozie won a penalty for the hosts but Prince Baffoe’s kick was saved in the 77th minute.

Just ten minutes after, Inter Allies were awarded a second penalty in the 88th penalty minute, Wa All Stars goalkeeper Rashid Seidu once again made another save by denying Samuel Bekoe’s from the spot.

Wa All Stars held on until the last minute and earned a hard fought draw, Rashid Seidu (Wa All Stars goalkeeper) was named the Nasco Man of the Match.
