Match Summary – Kotoku Royals 1-1 Inter Allies – Oda – 10-man Allies share spoils with Royals:

Inter Allies earned a point at the Oda Sports Stadium after drawing 1-1 with Kotoku Royals to clear matchday 10 of this year’s Divison One League.

Alex Aso got our goal just a minute after recess with a powerful strike after beating his marker but the hosts leveled about 10 minutes after, from the spot.

The first half produced a lot of exciting moments especially from the hosts but were not threatening, Taufiq Shaibu, Alex Aso, and Enock Okain did well to tame their markers with their speed.

We were rewarded with a fine goal right after recess, Alex Aso was quick to a loose ball in the box, and made light work of the goalkeeper with a powerful strike.

Just 10 minutes later, 55th minute, Kotoku were awarded a penalty which was converted by Richard Dzikoe. Gideon Ahenkorah went the right way but the effort had much power from the striker.

Stephen Opoku was given his marching orders two minutes after the equalizer – he received his second yellow card.

Both sides failed to add to the tally and the spoils were shared.
