Summary – Great Olympics 1-0 Inter Allies – Accra:

The Capelli Boys once again suffered another defeat in the Ghana Premier League, this time against Great Olympics at the Accra SportsS Stadium.

The exciting Greater Accra Regional derby ended in a slender 1-0 win for Olympics thanks to Sackey Philip Nii Kojo’s 28th minute strike.

Head Coach Tonny Lokko made two changes to the side that drew with WAFA SC in the previous match with Evans Osei entering the starting eleven in place of Ernest Adu.

Midfielder Abraham Okyere also replaced Michael Gyamerah in midfield, paring with Mohammed Zakari.

Inter Allies started on a slow pace and coiled in early as the they failed to settle in the early embers of the game.

Olympics attacked more and scored in the 28th minute, Sackey Philip Nii Kojo with a beautiful one-two goal.

Kingsley Braye rattled the goalpost after a nice solo effort on the brink of half time at the Accra Sports Stadium.

It was a closed game after recess but the Capelli Boys nomination and enjoyed the lion’s share of possession.

Despite Victorien Adebayor and Nafiu Sulemana going close in the latter part of the game, the back of the net eluded the team and the game ended in a defeat.

Sackey Philip Nii Kojo of Great Olympics was named the NASCO Man of Match.
