Ghana youth international midfielder Daniel Amartey scored for FC Copenhagen in their 5-1 defeat to Torino and crashed out of the Uefa Europa League.

The 20-year-old opened the scoring in the 6th when his sliding tackle inside the box zoomed into the net.

But Capenhagen had two men sent off within the first 45 minutes – leading to a huge advantage to Torino who took charge of the game to score five goals.

Amartey tallied three goals in the competition after scoring Club Brugge and Bayer Leverkusen.

He joined Copenhagen from Swedish side Djurgarden and has been influential in their domestic and European campaign since his arrival.
