The Eleven Is To One has taken a three-week break for the Christmas holidays and will resume to continue preparations for the upcoming season as well as the Elite Cup Competition.

Coach Yaw Acheampong and his technical team with the consultation with management decided to give the players some rest after five months of training.

The club has been informed on emphasis placed on the physical condition and disclosed that it is satisfied with team’s fitness level.

“I am pleased with the first phase of preparations and I can say the fitness level of everyone improved from when we began,” CEO/Brands Manager Delali Senaye told www.interalliesfc.com

He continued: “I hope the guys will enjoy the break for Christmas but will be careful with what they eat and drink during the festive season.”

The players are to report for camp on January 2, 2015 by midday yo start preparations for the Elite Cup Competition.
