Technical Director William Klutse, predicts good start to the new season insisting the club have prepared well and geared for the season.

“We have organized ourselves and prepared well and hopefully after our first three games our game plan will be shown.”

Inter Allies suffered eight straight defeats on the bounce last season which some pundits predicted relegation for us, this tainted the image the of the club.

Technical Director insists the club have planted hedges against the repeat of what happened in our debut season and have worked towards that.

Klutse added: “That’s what we are trying to avoid and we have brought in experienced players to blend with the talented squad we have already, we’ve also beefed our technical team.”

“It wasn’t a good taste at all (losing the first eight games) and with what we went through last year, we don’t want to go through again.”

The former Black Stars icon continued to say the changes in the technical team is the new way to go in the club’s structures and with time many more coaches will be added to the team to boost every department of the playing body.

“The technical department have proposed to management and maybe in 2015 we may add more coaches to the team, like what we see with the European teams.”

“We want to have about five coaches with one head coach. We like to have coach for the goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and the strikers will have their coach too.”

Inter Allies will open the 2014/15 First Capital Plus Premier League with a home match against Medeama SC at the Tema Sports Stadium on Sunday, January 18.
