Inter Allies held giants Accra Hearts of Oak to 1-1 drawn game at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday in match day 26 fixture of the of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League.

Ropapa Mensah’s 40th minute strike was cancelled out by Inusah Musah in the 83rd minute after Frederick Boateng was sent off.

Jimmy Corbblah made 4 changes to the side that drew 2-2 with Ebusua Dwarfs last midweek with Ropapa Mensah replacing Frederick Yamoah on the flanks, Emmanuel Nettey also replaced Gockel Ahortor in midfield.

Prince Baffoe was on the right side of attack ahead of Evans Mensah, Abdul-Halik Hudu also replaced Sheriff Deo Mohammed.

The match kicked off on a very good note for both sides as the three maximum points at stake was the ultimate goal. Inter Allies settled well and played some nice football, the same way as Hearts of Oak.

The ‘Eleven Is To One’ dominated the final minutes of the first Ropapa Mensah opened the scoring after 40 minutes, his side went to the break with a slender lead.

Hearts of Oak were much more better in the second half but failed to penetrate Inter Allies defence. Frederick Boateng was sent after receiving two yellow card with a little over 10 minutes left. The ‘Phobians’ took advantage and equalized through Inusah Musah in the 83rd minute.

Inter Allies still lie 15th on the league table with 28 points with four matches to go.
