Inter Allies returned to winning ways with a comfortable 4-0 winn over New Edubiase at the Tema Sports Stadium on a very warm Sunday afternoon to clear the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League week 27 fixture.

Emmanuel Nettey opened the scoring in the first half, Ropapa Mensah doubled the lead in the second half before Prince Baffoe grabbed a brace to seal another remarkable win at home.

Coach Jimmy Corbblah made four changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium last week.

On a very pacey note, Inter Allies made intentions known as early as the blast of the referee’s whistle, Ropapa Mensah and Sheriff Deo Mohammed tormenting Edubiase’s defence.

It took the ‘Eleven Is To One’ a little over half an hour to calm the nerves of the home fans, Emmanuel Nettey pounced on a loose ball and launched a long range shot to the right bottom corner to opening the scoring in the 33rd minute, the team held on until the first half.

The second half saw a very impressive Inter Allies side, Ropapa Mensah doubled the lead in the 56th minute with a fantastic solo effort. Prince Baffoe grabbed a brace in the 69th and 89th minute to seal a perfect day.
