Inter Allies’ MTN FA Cup round of 16 tie against Ashanti Gold in Obuasi Len Clay has been slated for Wednesday 3, June 2015.

The titanic clash was earlier scheduled for May 23 but Ashanti Gold made claims that five of their players were on national assignments, i.e four with the Local Black Stars for the Cosafa Cup tournament and one with the Black Meteors for the Olympic games qualifiers against Congo.

The request to postponed the match was accepted by the Ghana Football Association in accordance with Article 13 (4) of the GFA rules and regulation.

However, by the close of this weekend these matches would be cleared and all the players would be released back to their various clubs paving way for the postponed game to be played.

The winner of this Round of 16 clash will face the winner of reigning Champions Asante Kotoko and Real Tamale United in the Quarter finals of the competition.
