We will bounce back in our remaining games – Gideon Asoandzie

Inter Allies left back Gideon Asoandzie has bemoaned the team’s inability to take their chances after they enjoyed long spells of possession in the first half of the 2-2drawn game against Karela United in the NC Special Competition at the Tema Sports Stadium.

The left back who assisted the Capelli Boys’ opening goal indicated that the team attack will have to be clinical in front of goal if they are to make any impression in the remaining matches of the competition.

He stated that the team needs to make their possession count: “We had better exchanges in the game and that is not the result we were expecting. We had a lot of chances in the first half which we had to make use of but luck wasn’t on our side.’’

Asoandzie who was promoted from the youth side to the senior team expressed disappointment at his teams results but was emphatic they have the ability to bounce back in the competition.

“We wasted a lot of chances and I am not happy but I am confident we will bounce back in the rest of our matches.”
