Inter Allies would like to bounce back from last Saturday’s defeat to WAFA to winning ways in a tough encounter against Berekum Chelsea in Berekum on Wednesday.

That’s the last match of the first round and the hosts coming from a defeat to BA United on Sunday will try to make it difficult for Paa Kwesi Fabin’s men.

Due to national assignments Inter Allies will miss the likes of Patrick Kpozo, Prosper Kasim and Joseph Aidoo to Ghana U20 team who are preparing for the FIFA U20 World Cup.

Defender Baba Mensah is also with the national U23 team for the Olympic Games qualifiers and would miss this match as well.

Goalkeeper Osei Kwame who limped after the WAFA game has been passed fit and the number one choice for the posts is available for the game.


The last time both sides met at the Golden City Park in the league, the hosts beat ‘Eleven Is To One’ 2-0 in the first round of the 2013/14 season.

Inter Allies who are on the quest for a second away win this season would hope to erase the record and rewrite with their own history.
